Appointments For A Consultation
If you need help or require our services then book an appointment for an in person or video call meeting with a suitable professional.
A meeting provides a two sided forum for:
[1] you to brief us on your matter, requirements, expectations and any queries that you may have or that arise;
[2] us to clarify or reformulate your brief and or queries so we can set out the options and a go forward plan [with issues of timing and costs if practical or applicable] that may be available to meet your requirements for consideration, comments or approval so that you can progress your matter as applicable.
Consultations may incur a fee depending on the purpose of the consultation.

If you are uncertain about booking a paid professional consultation then we offer a 20 minute free courtesy consultation* (by appointment) with a suitable professional.
A courtesy consultation can be used by you to:
[1] clarify your potential requirements;
[2] query the scope of SAMPARK & CO services | capabilities and asses whether we can help you;
[3] meet with our principal Sam Park to asses if SAMPARK & CO can meet your expectations.
* A courtesy consultation is limited in scope to discussions of a general nature. If advice or a consultation specific to your circumstances is required then book a paid professional consultation.
Preparing for A Consultation
How you prepare for a consultation depends on the specific objectives you want to achieve in requesting the consultation and how you want to articulate and communicate those objective to us.
Here are some steps you can take to prepare that may help you make the most out of the consultation:
[1] Clarify in your own mind as best you can the specific objectives you want to achieve in requesting the consultation and write them down if that helps you;

[4] Collect | prepare and collate relevant information | materials that may help you articulate | illustrate during the consultation, the objectives that you want to achieve from the consultation;
[5] If applicable collect | prepare and collate relevant collateral information | materials that may help you if necessary explain | illustrate during the consultation specific subject matter that you want to discuss and may help us understand the subject matter;
[6] If applicable prepare a list of questions you want answered whether it is about your objectives or the subject matter of the consultation, or about the attending attorney, or our firm;
[7] Be prepared to be honest and open in the consultation about the objectives you want to achieve, and the information you provide in order to help the attending attorney provide the most relevant assessment | advice | recommendations consistent with your objectives as applicable;
[8] Be prepared to be honest and open in the consultation about the expectations you have of your attorney in order to help the attending attorney assess whether they can fulfil those expectations or a variation of them as applicable;
[9] Be prepared to take notes during the consultation and to ask questions if things are unclear;
